The Logistics and Supply Chain Manager
Before Stefan started his learning and development venture, he worked for nearly 10 years in various roles in the industry. His passion for connecting theory and practice already started during his studies of logistics and human resource management where he used every semester break to perform internships in multinational organisations such as ARAL and Klöckner & Co. His professional career started in the consumer healthcare division of GlaxoSmithKline in 2003. Starting as a logistics analyst and moving into a turnaround programme of GlaxoSmithKline in 2006, Stefan has led cross functional projects in London. Alongside his Project Manager role, Stefan enrolled in an MBA program at the open University Business School and successfully graduated in 2007. At that time, Stefan has taken over the role of an Operations Manager to optimise business processes using Lean Six Sigma techniques. In 2008, he finally moved over to the medical and safety device manufacturer Dräger where he worked as a Manager Logistics Services and Supply Chain Quality on various strategic projects until he decided to establish a learning and development business in 2012.
